When registering an account as an Employer, we will need to collect the following minimum information:

In addition to the above information, employers can complete their profile by providing the additional optional information:

  • Employer’s website URL
  • Employer’s phone number
  • Employer’s team size
  • Employer’s company description
  • Employer’s location
  • Employer’s company address
  • Employer’s company photos
  • Employer’s company social media profiles
  • Employer’s team members names, positions and emails

Accessing and Deleting your Personal Information

The above data provided will be visible through the website’s “Employers” page to all registered users and site visitors. If a user registered with an employer account wishes to delete its employer account, this can be done through the registered user’s dashboard by proceeding with the relevant “Delete Profile” option or can make a request to us, in order to delete permanently the account from our records.

Registering a Candidate Account

When registering an account as a Candidate, we will need to collect the following minimum information:

  • A valid email address

In addition to the above information, candidates can complete their profile by providing the additional optional information:

  • Full Name
  • Date of birth
  • A valid email address
  • Profile photo
  • Phone number
  • Job title
  • Work experience
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Languages spoken

In addition to the above profile information, candidates can complete their online resume by providing the below information or simply attach their resume as a word/pdf file:

Accessing and Deleting your Personal Information

Profile and Resume data provided or completed by any user registered as a Candidate will only be visible to registered users with “Employer” status. Candidate profiles can be visible through the website if user chooses to enable the “Show” option in their “Profile” section under each user’s dashboard. Alternatively, candidates can select the “Hide” option and their profiles will not be visible to employers registered in the site. A user registered as a Candidate can delete his/her account by proceeding with the relevant “Delete Profile” option on user’s dashboard or can make a request to us, in order to delete permanently the account from our records.

Submitting a Job Vacancy

When posting a job opening through the website, we will collect the following types of personal data of the Employer’s user posting it:

  • Employer’s email
  • Employer’s contact person
  • Employer’s phone number
  • Employer’s address

Data included in a posted job position, will be visible through the website for as long as the user who has posted the position keeps the position posted. After the user has removed the job position or upon expiration based on website’s vacancy live period, it will no longer be visible to other users and we will only store the job position in our servers for the purpose of enabling the user who had initially posted it, to view their own previous job position posts. In case a user who had posted the job position has deleted his/her account or made a relevant request to us, the job position and all personal data contained therein, will be permanently deleted from our records.

In order to process enquires and requests sent to us and hence respond, we will need to collect the following minimum information:

We will store the request sent to us and any personal data therein, for such period deemed necessary to deal with your request and for as long as prudent necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our website in the event of a legal or other dispute or for as long as it is necessary to protect the interests of the user who has submitted the enquiry or the interests of a user who is the subject of the enquiry.
